"I work for NBTY form 2005 to 2013. It was a good place to work for. They had about six locations in CA. I enjoyed working for them. They had picnics for all the company every year. They had x-mas party for the whole company. They set goals to meet. But then they came out and said they are closing the doors."

"I've worked for NBTY for 2 years. Though it's a great place to work I find they want you to do more with less. The emphasis seems to be more about project "save" rather than supplying the necessary tool to better assist the users and customers."

"It is close to home and the salary is good."

"The company is going through a lot of change and adding upper management. Haven't seen a lot of results from all the management changes yet. Could be too soon to tell the benefits of all the new management."

"There is no accountability for a poorly done job and people do not take pride in their jobs."
