What do you like about working at Naturescape?
"I used to love it before my boss gave me negative comments every day. Starting to hate it."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It might be fantastic for some people, some people love it, some hate it, and the ones who usually hate it don't last long. My job in itself is a very good job, it's just that some of the management style is a little outdated, not that all the managers are that way, it's just that the CEO is a control freak. That drives me up the wall!"
What don't you like about working at Naturescape?
"being micromanaged is the worst thing. The work itself isn't bad, but my boss has been micromanaging me like crazy. Makes me want to quit my job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would change the structure on the management. And, if I was the president, I wouldn't be overlooking every single detail of every employee! I would let the other managers do their work, and not oversee every detail of everything. Not to worry about every detail what goes on. Be concerned, but not having everyone come see me and say Can we do this Mr. Bob, or that, or this Oh, sorry for taking the bull by the horns and showing initiative"
