"Not much, really."

"If you like doing nothing all day and getting paid, it may be a good place for you. If you actually want to be successful in your life and accomplish something, I'd steer elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at Nationwide Insurance?

"It was painfully behind the times, is slow moving, and innovation is a joke. They are very expensive and provide less than great service to customers. Not very exciting place to work unless you enjoy punching a time clock to retirement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There really is no management. The people in charge keep getting recycled from within, and nothing changes. Maybe the only thing I would suggest is bring in someone from the outside, a young and energetic person that is not afraid to ruffle the feathers of the complacent."
