  "Guaranteed Rate has been a fantastic start to my career in the mortgage industry. Guaranteed Rate is one of the largest correspondent lenders in the country. They follow their core values to a tee. While the company is very successful, they have a large disconnect between leadership and their employees. They are not afraid to change their structure to ensure the company is benefiting while their employees may suffer. Leadership hides behind managers and does not accept feedback. They claim to have the best rates, while numerous other companies tend to have better. There is a large issue with communication within and when it comes to pay. Accounting does not respond well with issues. When compensation or pay is involved they do not make it a priority. The technology GR offers, is one of the finest in the industry. They have multiple products that other companies do not have."
