"I have been with NGI for 16 years. Now this company associated with Labcorp. The company has been good for last 15 years but little shaky since the last year. However the company has strong base on molecular assay, and I think that this company will grow in the future."

"They have a strong training program that makes you a competitive technician in the field. I like the work they do and the preparedness I have because of my experience with the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Once you get a position, don't be afraid to ask questions during your training. It's better to ask questions and do the work correctly than to mess up and ruin a set of samples."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I enjoyed the way they made their reviews. They were very fair and treated everyone the same. I would suggest that they look more at the individual and what they do for the company a bit more than sticking to their paperwork when it comes to raises."
