"Good family owned company. The owner is hands on. Be sure to ask about training and assistance while developing clients. If you are serious about being in the insurance business, this company is a great place, far better than some of the big companies that are out there"

"Lack of training or support in developing clients. New hires are given orphan accounts to call, many have not been contacted in years in some cases the contact person was deceased"
