"Be prepared for hard work. Be prepared to not always get the outcome you had in mind. It can be frustrating to work within coalitions. However, when it came together it was rewarding."

"Some of the goals the board set were unreasonable. They did not have good expertise in running a business."

"Pay more attention to hiring the right people for the right job. Focus on paying more attention to the high level issues. Put a better financial system in place."
