"Be loyal, be prepared and work hard. The company has great potential for growth with new ideas."
What don't you like about working at National College?
"The strategic structure of campus put all responsibility of on Campus Director. There were no Deans or Directors and only 4 academic full time employees. Therefore, making it difficult to balance personal and business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Appoint a Director of Admissions and Academic Dean and Operations Director. This would allow for delegation and teams to be put together to get more done and more growth for the campus."
