"Be confident in yourself. When doing an interview don't say that you can work any day any time. Be truthful. This company prefers the entire truth on days and hours that you can perform the job for in which you are applying."

What don't you like about working at National Car Rental?

"When company was sold to Enterprise after 6 yrs with a great company like Vanguard then was laid off after transferring from Ft. Myers to Miami."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"With Vanguard the only suggestion is to revampthe managers to go thorough the entire rental car process. From prepping the vehicles, returns, and then sales. Each manager needs to spend at least a week in each department to learn how the hourly personnel perform their job."
