With Vanguard the only suggestion is to revampthe managers to go thorough the entire rental car process. From prepping the vehicles, returns, and then sales. Each manager needs to spend at least a week in each department to learn how the hourly personnel perform their job.

Their is a lot of theft and when I witness one of the vehicles crash in the parking lot by one of the employee. I let management know and they did nothing because it was a friend of one the managers. So the employees on the shift gave me a bad time, so it was best for me to leave the job.
