"Experience doesn't pay, growth and advancement is slim. There is an extreme separation between supervisors and regular employees, most supervisors work for and deserve bonuses double sometimes triple their yearly salary while a numerous amount don't really even lift a finger for it. Even with that said, everyone's doing the work, some more than others, and bonuses not given to everyone kills moral and is a lot of the reason the turnover rate is so bad. Also, the union does a good job at coercion people into signing up for them, and the perks aren't even worth it really. Trust me."
"I worked for National Beef for nearly 8 years. It's a very good company, with a good strong management team. The company strength is that it is to constantly analyse cost for better improvement. One of the major things it realized during this analysis is the impact of employee retention, so it puts a large amount of resources to insure that it's employees enjoy the environment and are well taken care of. The company has 6 locations nationwide, with the bulk of their investments in the Midwest."
"Difficult industry to accomplish goals"
