"The corporation closed down due to corporate solvency and financial obligation not met."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"One of the owners was excellent, the other partner was disorganized. The organized and most ethical owner opened a new business and dissolved his reltionship with his partner. This was the best decision at the time"
