"My first 5 years at DFI were great. Good management and I had the freedom to hire my own team and control all facets of my network. Good commission cut and residual cut. Great owner Michael Wagner until he ler his son take over."

"If you want to go into leasing, find a company that has their own money and is well managed. DFI has neither!"

"Let the people like me who got you where you WERE keep doing what they were doing. Don't try to fix something that's running perfectly and generating record income!"

"Management was deceptive in hiring people -- I was given limited support. most of the National account reps were hired and fired within the first 6 to 7 months-- I was mislead thinking that this was a solid company to work for.."

"I would suggest that they be up front with people before they hire them. They should only look for people that have experience in FX."

"Management was totally incompetent, with no sense of loyalty to customers. Senior management was only focused on doing whatever it took to insure their stock options had high dollar returns. I saw totally incompetent people promoted into middle management."
