"Be prepared to interview for another company in 3 years. Not a stable company and very poor advancement oppurtunities."

"Professionalism of CEO and my boss. Job was not very challenging. No decision making abilities."

"Be FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL. My boss yelled, cursed and pointed fingers everytime the slightest challenge arose. THe CEO was extremely unprofessinal. Yells, curses and dresses like he slept in his clothers."

"Current management top objective was to make employees unhappy so they will leave voluntarily."

"They need to replace the current management team. Their only interest is downsizing the company and saving money. It is not a sales organization anymore."

"Set up a rating system where if all conditions are met then you get half of your commission and the other half at close of the sale."
