What do you like about working at Westin Hotels and Resorts?

"Accepting this job was the worst decision of my professional career. Please do what ever you can not to work for Highgate. Bad, bad ,bad."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Really, really make sure this is what you want. Highgate has no loyalty, no regard for employee moral, and a lack of professionalism. I think they have singlehandedly killed any passion I had for the industry. I would hope no one would subject themselves to this company."

What don't you like about working at Westin Hotels and Resorts?

"Pretty much everything. Nice property and that's it. Senior management is a nightmare, Corporate is a joke and is in a constant state of panic. Nightmare!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop trying to reinvent the wheel and let people do their jobs. Stop the micro management. I really wish you would pull the Westin Flag. You are no Westin."
