"I don't like the insane job security you have here. There are many people who work here that honestly shouldn't be employed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ask the people you hired for their expertise for their expertise in certain aspects. Don't just go ahead and do something without consulting with your staff. Also, don't be afraid to confront an employee who isn't pulling their weight."
