"The pay was excellent and the work environment was encouraging. Employees have a general idea of what their expectations are for the day. I love the competition and how we all do our best to achieve it."

"I hate the favoritism by management to Latino employees. The management would favor other employees according to their race not so much according to their qualifications and experience."

"Common sense, fairness, good judgement and to know that it is not personal, it is and should always be professional."
