3.5I have worked with Nabholz full time for over a year, as well as two different internships. Overall they are a strong company, but I do not believe their processes are standardized and in order. There are many differences when you travel from office to office and I believe that hurts the company as a whole. There are continuing education classes that they provide, but there is nothing available for technology. It is purely management/people based.
4.1Nabholz Construction is a great company. They are a billion-dollar company with projects throughout the Midwest. I was employed as the service manager and was responsible for a team of 7 employees. We completed 400-600 jobs a year ranging from $1000- 2MM. It was a challenging and fast paced environment. I worked with a great team.
4.5At Nobholz Construction they work with the customer to give them a project they will be proud of and have it delivered on time and on budget. They are 1500 strong employees company with a forces on safety at the job sites and a QC program to give the customer at outstanding projects.
