"Very impulsive and short sighted management. Over the 3 years that I worked at Mutual Mobile there were 3 different CEOs that ran the company. They fluctuate from extreme levels of over hiring, to massive double digit layoffs. You will only hear about the positives from management and never hear about anything which one could view negatively. They were developed by a young team that got very lucky with timing the growing mobile market a decade ago, but lowered margins and increased competition has put this company in a perpetual tailspin."
