1.5 More staff and more trust in the staff. Most of the folks there do their job well and would happily do even more if they were allowed a bit of trust. The staff is stretched very thin and that leaves little to no room for error, which is more likely to happen when the staff is stretched thin to begin with. Don't be 'pound foolish'.
