"If you are new to television production, Voice of America is a great place to get hands-on experience in almost every aspect of the field."
What don't you like about working at Voice of America?
"Working in a newscast that is funded by the U.S. government means funds are often scarce, and resources limited, making it harder sometimes to produce high quality reports."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We currently have a leadership board that meets seasonally to discuss the direction of our company. It would be beneficial and more efficient if we had one leader on board, full-time."

"The environment, location, the variety of people met in the office and the knowledge gained from working."

"You have advanced knowledge in several programs and have experience with web and print. Also, you must find your own workflow."

"I would have liked to have a larger variety of the type of work that I received."

"My suggestion for the management is to include more variety for the multimedia department."
