"Focus more on customer satisfaction and realize that your people are your assets."

"Shaky stability locally (MN)."

"Changing the name of the business unit and saying Full Spectrum Diversity a lot doesn't really change anything. Culture change happens from the bottom up."

"Variety, multiple contracts, I did illustrations from how to hog out metal prior to milling to how to hold an Xacto knife while cutting mylar film in the making of solar panels."

"Be ready to relocate."

What don't you like about working at Lockheed Martin?

"The ending of the Cold War, and the falling of the Soviet Union. All out defense contracts went away."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Lockheed = none, they did a fine job. Lockheed Martin = look at what Lockheed did."
