"I worked with Multicare Health System in 2018 for 4 months to ensure their regulatory compliance with government requirements. The overall experience with the organization was positive however, certain levels of management were not always helpful in the success of the goal of my position."

"Unmanageable caseload with constant demand of more. Company says they value integrity, excellence, but set you up to just get by doing the least to get the patient what they need. They do hire top notch talent and offer good pay and benefits. The computers/smart phones etc. work well but they have outsourced IT and just about everything else they could, eliminating local jobs as often as possible. Very high turnover and burnout rate in my dept. Direct supervisors have little power to change it."

"I worked as Manager of Nutrition and it was one of the best jobs. Good company, great staff. Upper management was a little shy and did not like to engage as much as they thought they did."
