"Avoid employment here if you can. Multiband was quoted as a company which does not treat its employees right by a member of its own board of directors."

What don't you like about working at Multiband?

"This company is one of the worst run companies I've ever had the misfortune of seeing. Performance reviews are non-existent. Unless you're a part of the senior staff or a family member, forget about receiving raises. Speaking of family, nepotism is out of control--the person who is supposed to be enforcing the nepotism policy is one of the worst offenders. The HR department is a complete joke and fully embraces a storm trooper mentality, as opposed to the Disney Culture that it is supposed to be promoting. Employees are not given proper training, the tools necessary to complete their jobs, or he support they need, and are ultimately set up for failure in their roles. There is zero room for vertical movement within this company because the ranks are stacked with family and friends of the family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop writing yourselves in for 10%+ raises while enforcing a ban on raises for the rest of your employees. The excuse, sorry, it's the CFO's rule only goes so far. Quit with the familial favoritism. The lying should probably stop, too. The expression, practice what you preach, certainly comes to mind."
