"I really enjoyed my job there and working for the CEO. They have a great group of people and I was able to create some long lasting friendships. I found the product line very interesting and the marketplace very exciting. I liked being part of the vision for the Sales team and the ability to direct the company into new areas."

"no benefits, lots of overtime without pay, unfair practices, one of the managers was unethical."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"single point direction and management, clean up some of the tactics and be fair to all. Hire good people and treat them better. Get a solid 5 year plan."
