"I have worked with MSX International for a year now. We are contracted under General Motors. We get told we are not a call center, but we basically are. We call our assigned dealerships daily to implement the programs that GM wants us to. We work closely with managers in the dealerships regarding programs, parts, and the service lane."

"If working on a contract, ask what else would be available if and when the contract ended, keeping in mind that, when a contract ends, you are out of a job, especially in the automotive industry."

"When you have hired someone twice, there must be a good reason, i.e., a good employee. Do more to keep good employees who are loyal to MSXI."
