"The people are great, and I really enjoy the technologies we use. Most days we face different issues to tackle."

"Nothing is temporary- so don't commit to a single thing unless you're ok with it being permanent (working nights, weekends, etc...)."

What don't you like about working at MS Electronics?

"There's too much freedom where there shouldn't be, yet the things that really should be micromanaged aren't. It's confusing and frustrating and leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There would be much more structure to our office, our business network (computer system), and there would be clearly defined procedures and protocols, along with very specific directives to each employee's job descriptions. Additionally, there would not be the kind of favoritism that goes on here all too often."
