They have done a lot of work to transition to a more agile like development environment and have reduced bugs introduced into the product. One of the downsides is that even though they have a web asp.net product, it is not true web development, rather web development within their in house built IDE. There is also lots of legacy code with no clear direction to move off of it to entice developers to stay."
