What do you like about working at MphasiS?

"One of the biggest waste companies in the world. They don't have any ethics or any values. They simply talk about rules and values when you say something but no one follows from top to bottom in the organization. Now the company is facing issues with funds, so they are downsizing the employees strength. Currently company has around 36,000 employees; they want to make this number to 23-25000 (They are reducing employee size). People who are working in the company and who are having less than 5 years with company are target for releasing from the company. By using HR tricks (cunning), per day they are releasing 40-50 employees from Bangalore offices."

"My suggestion to the people who want to join in Mphasis is, better think 3-4 times before joining in."

"Don't play with employee's career; all are not from same background. Some people may know about judicial system. They may approach to court."
