"My suggestion to the people who wants to join in Mphasis is, Better think of 3-4 times before joining in."

What don't you like about working at MphasiS?

"One of the Biggest waste companies in the world.They dont have any ethics or any values.They simply talks about rules and values when you say something but no one follows from top to bottom in the organization.Now the company is facing issues with funds, so they are downsizing the employees strength.Currently company is having around 36,000 employees; they want to make it this number to 23 25000 (They are reducing employees size).People who are working in the company and who are having less than 5 years relation with company are target for releasing from the company.By using HR tricks (cunning), per day they are releasing 40-50 employees from Bangalore offices."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dont play with employees carrier; all are not from same background. Some people may know about judicial system. They may approach to court."
