"Nice place to work. I would not leave unless I found something substantially better."

"The deadlines are so stiff and so frequent, it is hard to find time to use my accrued vacation."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Whats the rush, give us an extra month or two on 6 month long projects to clean up the code, make the subtle tweaks that make the code work well, and have a few personal days off."
