"I’ve worked for Mount Vernon Bank for over 7 years. They are a community minded banking that truly cares for their customers. MVB has an open door policy and we’re all like family here. Sometimes it can get too personal, but that tends to happen in small companies. It is a family owned bank and, if I’m being honest, male dominated. The opportunity to move up in your careers is a slow process, but possible. Overall, it’s a good company to work for with decent pay. The benefits are probably the best of the best in our area. As long as you do your job and go above and beyond for the company, they will reward you."
