"Moulton homes have been a very good company to work for. They treat you very fairly, they compensate you with average pay which isn’t bad, but not great. However, there are no benefits. While they do a good job, taking pride in finishing their projects with great results, it just comes down to the fact they are a small company without strong financial backing. It just does not have the stability I am looking for."
