"There cheap, they screw you out of pay any chance they get, there buses used to be very nice they always have problems now. there mechanics are paid daily, because there not f/t"

"Can be very stressful for a prolonged period, and customers do curse at you."

What do you like about working at Coach USA?
"As long as you drive safely, treat passengers with courtesy, get to work on time every day and do your paperwork properly, they will NEVER hassle you."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Ask questions. Be sure of what you are getting yourself into. They will tell you. It is better to know everything up front. This is not a job for everyone. This type of work is very different in terms of hours working compared to most others."
What don't you like about working at Coach USA?
"Long hours. Typical of the industry, but it is rare to find bids or trippers that are under 11 hours. Some bids end up stuffed with more work for less money. Newbies can not expect much."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Make a few bids only 8-10 hours. Start a flexible spending account program. Give us a raise. Give us another sick day, 1 isn't enough."
