"Being able to wear shorts and T-Shirts... However, with the lax business attire, didn't quite understand the No Hat policy."

"Ask how the leads are distributed... Purchase or Refi, or both"

What don't you like about working at Mortgage Lenders Network ?

"Limited leads and quality of leads. Yes, I understand it's a company... And we should be thankful to get leads, period! However, it's an internet based business and you can't go out and beat the streets like conventional loan officers. And my team lead was a sorry excuse at that. His personal issues often interfered with business. If he worked 6 hours a day, I would be surprised."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The leads you provide. All purchase or all refi's. In different market changes, a loan officer has to be given a chance to perform... By making your loan officers do one or the other is handicapping the loan officer."
