"I found MorphoTrak to be a decent company to work for. The overall atmosphere was positive and upbeat. Folks also seemed very friendly. However, my specific division was a hostile place to be in. Upper management seemed to view our group as an inconvenience. They seem to be changing a lot of their leadership in all divisions, so things might change."

"Run for the hills. They will make slave workers out of you and then lay you off."

"Management. Very political. Good ol' boy mentality from old school managers."

"Lay off old management who have no clue of the products and customers, instead of talented workers."

"Everyday is a different. There are many different tasks and problems that have to be dealt with."

"If you have to work for this company then maybe for a short term maybe two years or less."

"The travel that I have to do and the long hours that I have to put in while on the road."

"There are too many political games that plays and everyone is watching their own back. This will impede innovation"
