"Managers worked very closely with their subordinates resulting in very tightly defined project parameters that delivered a high quality product."

"Frequent shuffling of personnel from high level management resulted in loss of experience with certain projects. More input from direct managers of software developers needs to be incorporated into high level management decisions to prevent the loss of knowledge and experience that these movements created."

"There can be a lack of organized training and career development; some managers do not really care about employee development."

"Managers should not try not to micro manage and should work on team building."
