"I’ve worked for Morgan and Morgan since March 2011. Not much growth opportunity. The accounting manager has been with the firm since 2004. Lots of turns over after new management started 3yrs ago. Would recommend management to allow people to work there for 2 weeks when they give there notice. Accounting is my passion but unfortunately not many growth opportunities within the firm."
"I have worked at Morgan & Morgan since mid-March. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, my supervisor, and management; however, as I started while the firm was already at less than 50% capacity due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and went to less than 30% within 2 weeks of my start date, I cannot speak to the “normal” workplace environment. But I have certainly found it to be positive."
