"I have worked for Morgan Lewis for 3 years. The company has a great standing on the legal side, but the Business Operations team is one that is led by directors that only want "yes" people and turnover is poor. Those in charge do not value contributions and overlook any suggestions to improve."

"The most important thing is to be honest. Be prepared and don't waste their time. It doesn't necessarily help to know someone who works for the company, either. I've seen people try to get their old coworkers/friends into ML--but it never seems to work."

"Bullying is a problem that people are scared to talk about or confront. The bonuses are too small. The frugality of Morgan Lewis gets boring and your expectations of the company become very low."

"Get rid of the old Brobeck employees who bore everyone with their mind-numbing stories."
