"Healthy company to work for. They value a "family" company culture as still owned by original owners. Lots of setbacks regarding processes across the organization due to its business blowing up faster than they could respond to. This is also an Australian company, so official headquarter is set out in Melbourne and lots of strategies need to be approved by them first. If you have the patience to deal with this, it's worth the experience."
