"Don't be put off by the bureaucratic antics of the HR department. Once you get passed them, you will meet some truly amazing individuals"

"The company changed in my time there from a think tank kind of environment to one where the daily stock price mattered to every decision made."

"Management should understand that value was not derived from the short-term fees charged but from the long-term reputation the company built over decades."

"One of my Bosses, named Paul Swithers. He was very honest with his work, but the people we were working with were a bit political."

"The interview was very technical, and gone through three different layers for the final approval."

"It was a very nice location in Newark; edge of the Hudson river."

"Please, be a little bit relaxed with employees, because there was very tight atmosphere between employees and management."
