"I've worked at MA for a few years now. My perception is that the company tends to shift people around and restructure often. At times, that can be incredibly beneficial for your career, and other times it can be a detriment. Managers are all helpful in seeking other opportunities within the company, but with the constant shifting and restructures, it makes it hard for things to stay consistent."
