"During my Co-Op at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, I majorly worked on Octet QK 384 from ForteBio to optimize the protocol and experimental conditions of Kinetic Assays. I was successful in determining the analysis of the results obtained in kinetic assays by optimizing the fitting parameters and many other such factors affecting the analysis process. This helped me to finally generate affinity measurements for antibodies produced for its specific proteins. Apart from this, I have also worked on Plasmid preps, Cloning, transfection on CHO cell lines, adding values to my molecular skillset"
