"Decent stepping stone.. Don't expect a career."
What don't you like about working at Circuit City?
"The Management. Only cared about numbers, not usually the customers. I even brought my father in to buy a bunch of equiptment. He purchased from the GM. After the purchase, he had some questions, the GM never returned his calls.."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Look at your customers as humans with need. Guide them to what they want, not what you THINK they need."

"growth opportunities, benefits, salary, notice and recognition from management"

"none because they went bankrupt. I believe that spoke for itself."
