"Bosses are disinterested in growing out to their potential. They seem happy to be where they're at. Another review said its run like a hobby and that's very accurate. Sales training is almost non-existent, marketing is non-existent, nepotism is rampant to the degree that almost every employee who is not in sales is related to or a friend of the owner (which makes escalating complaints of their short comings almost impossible). The compensation plan is ok, but unless you can bring a 5mil book, the lack of leads and marketing will make it impossible to grow your business. All reassignments are given out to the same two reps that are friendly with the #2 (see: nepotism). The services group is good, but there are huge holes in their portfolio (VMware Horizon/anything but Cisco/no 24x7 NOC). Their growth has been virtually flat the last 5 years in spite of adding sales people. It's a matter of time before they regress. Sales is a dead end job here. Lateral moves are impossible (see: nepotism) and vertical moves don't exist (boss is dead set against giving a title to anyone). It's all too bad because 5 years ago they had a real window to grow but they didn't spend the money or effort to capitalize on it."

"There was a lot of freedom and the job, and they let me work on my own without much interruption as long as I got my work done."

"Relax and be honest as all the people are very personable."

What don't you like about working at MNJ Technologies Direct?

"Its not really a place where a web developer can thrive as it is primarily focused on the sales division of the company and in house web developers is a new position for them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need better decision makers in the front office."
