What don't you like about working at Medical Knowledge Group?
"My senior manager is extremely overbearing and micromanages all of my tasks. It is difficult to take ownerships in projects and to develop client relationships when when my manager consistently steals the show. Due to the engrained management structure, it is also difficult to move projects forward into the approval stage; all final decisions are subject to senior managers, 1 of whom is too busy to dedicate the time that is needed."

"Show greater appreciation for hard-working employees, decrease the amount of favoritism/nepotism"
