"Terrible management, CEOs only hire to meet business needs. Once they lose business you're gone."

"Management needs to find a better company to work for - you'll be slighted in a few years. Just give it time."

"Small company, talented colleagues, close relationships with leadership team and executives, recognition for hard work and dedication"

"Speak up and take part in decision-making processes when possible. Senior managers respect junior colleagues who work diligently to stand out among their peers. Put in the time--often long hours--in order to be recognized by all."

What don't you like about working at Medical Knowledge Group?

"My senior manager is extremely overbearing and micromanages all of my tasks. It is difficult to take ownerships in projects and to develop client relationships when when my manager consistently steals the show. Due to the engrained management structure, it is also difficult to move projects forward into the approval stage; all final decisions are subject to senior managers, 1 of whom is too busy to dedicate the time that is needed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Show greater appreciation for hard-working employees, decrease the amount of favoritism/nepotism"
