"MJD is a nice family run company. They work closely with their manufacturers in supplying architectural products to the local glass contractors in Central New York. Unfortunately, advancement is incredibly difficult. Once you are brought into a job the employee is most likely to stay with that career for the life of your employment. Education is frowned upon and there is little to no hopes of furthering your career through training."
