Submit a Review"I just love driving the ready mix truck. I enjoy it and it's not for everyone. The drivers are great, have lots of fun with the guys. Hate Corporate! Haha I just wish they were more honest. We are not at par with other ready mix companies! $ like they say. If you're a brown nose, and a jerk you will move up in the company. Period! Good guys for plant managers Not many."

"if you can get by there scare tacteks you will be okey"
What don't you like about working at CEMEX?
"the management could not do there job right pass on blame so they didn't get in trouble in stead of being a stand up person and setting an exsample seen it done and thier management thinks they are better then thier employees wrong they just hold a better postion"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"listen don't alway think you right work with your employees treat them like you would what to be treated"
