"I have worked for Mitsubishi International since 2016. The company has a strong ethical philosophy, which it reinforces with monthly reviews. Teamwork is encouraged. However, since it is a Japanese-owned firm with approximately 60% of the employees working as ex-pats, there can be challenges with face-to-face communication due to the language barriers."

"Pros: The pay was good and the benefits were good for an automotive company. There were also good people who were manager level and below. Kind, generous and honest people. Cons: Lack of honesty, no trustworthiness, no integrity in many of the director-level positions, unfortunately. No autonomy to do what you think is right. No budget and no employees hired to assist in doing the work. Unreal expectations on the growth of a very challenging brand - especially with the lack of man/woman power and budget."

"The General Manager Rasool Rastgoo is also a part owner of this store, that is part of a 7 store group. Rasool is a joy to work with, however the group as a whole is completely top heavy. I had to report to the GM, COO, CFO, an Accounting Coordinator, two Fixed Operation Managers, and Mr. Bahktieri who is the owner. All of these people wanted things done differently and at the same time. The employees are amazing!"
