"I've worked at Mistras for 3 years since 2018. At first it was amazing, there was work everyday and people were happy. But now the company is under new management. The company is deteriorating with little or no work available, and there are constant layoffs as the company tries to restructure into a services company rather than a production company. There is no 401k anymore, they do not give raises or inflation increases, but they do have decent insurance coverage."
